Michael the sales manager… Honestly had no idea what I was doing when I walked in looking for an engagement ring. Michael the sales manager was brilliant - took his time with me, explained everything without making me feel stupid, and helped me pick something I knew she'd love.
No pressure at all, just genuinely good advice. The whole thing came together way quicker than I expected too, which was a massive relief. My fiancée is obsessed with the ring. Can't recommend Michael enough - if you're clueless like I was, he's your guy. I could not recommend FJ more, will be back again soon I am sure!

They even went over the top and did a personalised cards for my gift 🎁. 10 outta 10 highly recommend.

Obviously I didn't have a clue what I was doing but she had such a lovely attitude and put me at ease from the moment I met her. It was such an easy process from start to finish, it really took the pressure off. I appreciated her attention to detail and It was great to be able to get the ring within a few days as I was only in Dubai for a week. I would highly recommend for anyone to go and meet her for a consultation. My fiancee was absolutely thrilled with the ring.
