With his father a geologist, Fergus gained a deep appreciation of the natural processes that combine to create beautiful diamonds and rare gemstones. With a vision to bring quality and ethical diamonds to customers across the world, Fergus established Fergus James, formerly known as Dubai Rocks.

THE FERGUS JAMES PROCESS
Every product is made to order and totally customisable.
We source GIA & IGI certified diamonds on a live marketplace between our suppliers. This allows us to find the best value option for you... and as we don't hold any stock, I am totally unbiased and can give my honest opinion on stones (this is why our Google reviews are so good)... but in the end its all up to you!
Eventually after you have selected a diamond option, orders are secured with a 25% deposit and then 75% is due on collection or prior to shipping. Rings take around 10-14 days usually but can be done quicker if urgent... Deposit can be paid online or in our office.
